I give the great customer service, pretty packaging, and timely shipping 5 stars! I took off 1 star due to the surface level scratches on the dark green emeralds which I was told were inclusions. However, the gemstones are faceted which provides a shiny surface. This was my first purchase here and I would shop here again. Also, I really appreciate the 1 year warranty. Please note that the bail opening (around 2mm to 2.5mm) is very small like this cross, so it will not fit on your average thicker gold chain with a thicker clasp set on the end.
